Q：How do I remove the manufacturing stamp on the front of the sink? It looks very tacky

A：Sorry that the logo is not removable , but we just print the logo on one side , and considering that the front & back side of this sink is same flat pattern , we suggest you can reverse the side w/logo so that it will be concealed and not visible . (by the way , for the upcoming new arrival goods , we have removed the logo and will not have this worry now )

A：Hi, the external dimension of this product is 33"Length x20"Width x10"Height , so the out size should be a little bit larger to sit this sink .

Q：Do your sinks have any kind of warranty?

A：Yes , we offer a 1 year WARRANTY on Farmhouse Sink to be free of manufacturing defects under normal use.

1. Will replace at no charge excluding transportation and labour costs, any Farmhouse Sink supplied by that is proven to have a manufacturing defect, to the original purchaser, provided it has been used solely in a residential application and installed correctly. An equivalent replacement will be issued to the original owner provided the defective sink was installed in accordance with the installation procedures, used and cleaned as recommended, and not damaged due to abuse, misuse, or negligence. Chips, scratches, and stains are not deemed to be manufacturing defects.

2. Will not be held liable for chips, scratches, and stains that can occur under normal use over a period of time. Please refer to the cleaning instructions to maintain your sink.

3. Shall not be held liable under this warranty where the sink has been used in a nonresidential application, improperly installed, or damaged by an object being dropped on or impacting the sink or from improper handling.

4. Shall not be liable for any inconvenience or expense for material or labor related to the removal or replacement of a defective sink or for any loss or damage to any person or property whatsoever resulting from the defective sink. All transportation costs to and from the point of purchase will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

5. Cualquier fregadero devuelto debe estar en el embalaje original e incluir todos los accesorios, piezas y documentación que lo acompañan. El fabricante se reserva el derecho de inspeccionar y/o solicitar fotografías digitales de cualquier fregadero que esté defectuoso antes de reemplazarlo. Cualquier defecto de fabricación cubierto por esta garantía debe informarse para reclamar la garantía dentro de los 30 días posteriores a su aparición.

6. Es importante que el fabricante, instalador profesional y el usuario final inspeccionen cuidadosamente el fregadero en busca de daños inmediatamente después de la entrega.

7. Si algún daño no se informa y documenta en el recibo de entrega con el transportista en el momento de la entrega, toda la cobertura del seguro finaliza y no podremos presentar un reclamo ni enviar un fregadero de reemplazo.

8. Para presentar un reclamo de garantía es responsabilidad del cliente o instalador presentar un mínimo de cinco (5) fotografías en alta resolución que muestren claramente el defecto de fabricación. El costo de reemplazo excluye el transporte y cualquier costo de mano de obra para la remoción o reinstalación.

9. Bajo ninguna circunstancia será responsable de ninguna pérdida o daño que surja de la compra, un defecto o uso o imposibilidad de usar este fregadero de granja, o de cualquier daño especial, indirecto, incidental o consecuente. La responsabilidad bajo esta garantía se limita a la reparación o reemplazo del material defectuoso en el lugar de compra.
